CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We will manage your project by monitoring, collecting, measuring and distributing performance information, and assessing measurements to effect progress improvements.
We continuously monitor your project to gain insight into the health of the project and identify any areas that may require special attention. We control your project by determining corrective or preventive actions or preplanning and following up on action plans to determine whether the action taken resolved the performance issue.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
TRINITE is capable of not only managing the construction process, but also performing the actual design build and value engineering required to keep your project within budget. We are here to assist first time investors and/or seasoned investors with real estate acquisition. We sit down and learn what their visions and expectations are with the projects purpose, give them visibility about the scope and objectives, show how their participation in the project can ensure that their expectations are achieved.
We collaborate and build trust and find out their “why” for their investment. We guide the investors on the market trend, entitlements, strategic opportunities etc. Once all of this is made clear then a decision is made whether the project should move forward.
